      1. Why do you phone so often?

        Verdict company uses system of intellectual automatic ring round which with definite interval of time automatically dials up numbers of all debtors who infringed terms of payment. Correspondingly, debtor receives calls till his debt is not paid off.

      2. Where did such fines came from?

      Such punitive sanctions are foreseen by credit agreement. In this agreement there are their size and order of charging. If client affirms that made payment on time and has corresponding check, then main reasons of punitive sanctions appearance are the following:

        • monetary means came to the account of bank-creditor with delay (for example, in case of transactions via other banks payment can be made during 3 bank days which leads to “late” payment and correspondingly fines);
        • commission charge for money transaction which appears in case of payment via other banks leads to decrease of total sum of credit payment for the account of bank-creditor and in its turn leads to fines charge;
        • exchange rate fluctuations (in case of credit in foreign currency) can lead to the fact that in process of monetary means conversion into foreign currency there is a lack of minor sum which lead to fine charge.

      Detailed information about your definite situation you can receive from bank workers in branch where credit agreement has been concluded. In case of such application you will receive detailed history of your payments and charges.

      1. Why did money came not on time?

        In case of credit payment via other banks, money transaction can be made during 3 bank days. If you made payment via cash desk of bank-creditor after 16.00 – 17.00 your means will be credited on account only the next day. It is connected with the fact that at the moment of payment operation day of bank is considered finished and it means that money can not be credited.

      2. Why did I receive letter?

        The reason of its sending is always mentioned in the letter – presence of indebtedness by your credit. If you are sure that you made payments on time and in sums defined by the agreement and have corresponding checks you have to apply to the branch of bank were credit was taken. According to the results of your application, bank has to check the history of all your payments and charges to determine the reason of appearance of information about punitive sanctions.

      3. The day of delay is the day of payment (if money were not credited) or the next day?

        The first day of delay is the next day according to the agreement.

      4. Send me extract where it is stated how do my money are distributed for credit payment and how you charge fines?

        Extract on all charged fines is given directly by bank-creditor. For receiving of this document you need to apply to the branch of bank where credit agreement has been concluded.

      5. Can bank take my land instead of money?

        Yes, but only in case when corresponding court decision has been made.

      6. Do I have to explain to every worker why I do not pay credit?

        System automatically makes daily ring round of debtors who infringe conditions of payment by credit agreement. With increase of days of delay the work with debtor is conducted by workers of different bank departments or collector company. History of negotiations with debtor is saved and is accessible to all authorized workers but you can be repeatedly asked about the reason of absence/delay of payment with the aim to:

        •   define possible changes in your personal situation which can lead absence/delay of payment;

        •   inform about further procedure of debt collection;

        •   try to find mutually possible solution in questions concerning indebtedness payment, debt restructuring and other.

       In any case continuous contact and communication will be maintained till your indebtedness is not fully paid.
